Dextrose Monohydrate is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule,obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch (Not genetically manipulated,absence of GMO).

Our dextrose mono is produced 100 %
from corn.Its sweetener power (in 10%m/m solution) is equivalent to the 75% of the sucrose.

This product is colorless, or, white crysalline powder, invisible impurities.

no mouldy or odor smell, gentle and pure sweet flavour. It may be widely

used with food-making industry.
